This Design and Build Project is very challenging from a construction point of view. The project is located very near to the Choa Chu Kang MRT Station and surrounded by HDB and a big shopping centre. The project team had to take into consideration the pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow of the immediate surrounding environment when planning for the different stages of the construction to minimize inconveniences to the residents and public.

Keat Hong CC was awarded with BCA Green Mark Platinum Award for non-residential building category and UD Mark Gold (Design) Award Plus. The building is equipped with an outdoor basketball court, multipurpose hall, a 300-seat function hall and an 18-lane bowling alley among its many features.
